What is Favicon?

Favicon is a small logo of 16*16px that appears at address bar of website or blog url.
So, you can call favication as adding "Image to Address Bar" , adding logo to website/blog , Branding your website or Logo.

Step1:-Go to http://www.html-kit.com/favicon/-/replay/
browse to your computer and select the image which you want to add as a favicon
click on "Generate favicon"
Step2:-Download favicon, and upload it to your blog post or any image host service like
www.photobucket.com and copy the link location.
Upload it to http://www.iconj.com after uploading you will see "Host It at IconJ.com: (Direct Link)" Copy the Href link and add to the following code where href is
Step3:-Go to Blogger "Lay out">>Edit Html
Search for(Ctrl+F) following code
<title><data :blog.pageTitle/></title>
Step4:-Paste the following code Just below title tag...after replacing the existing link with your favicon location url

Note:-Blue colored link should be replaced with your Favicon url(to edit it use "online notepad")
